Upper casing

Removal

1. Remove the air filter housing.

2. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.



3. Unscrew the mounting screws (arrows) of the upper timing belt cover and remove it from the engine.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Lower casing

Removal

1. Remove the crankshaft pulley.



2. Remove the upper timing belt cover, unscrew the mounting screws (arrows) and remove the lower timing belt cover.

Removal

1. Remove the timing belt pulleys from the camshaft and crankshaft and the timing belt tensioner.





2. Unscrew the rear casing mounting bolts and remove the casing.
