Removing
Top casing
1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the right front wheel.
2. Remove the air filter cover.
3. Remove auxiliary drive belts.
4. On models equipped with air conditioning, unscrew the bolt securing the compressor drive belt tensioner and remove it.
5. Place a jack under the engine and raise the engine over a block of wood until the entire top of the engine is supported by the jack. Unscrew nuts and remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the top casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.
Bottom casing
7. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
8. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
9. Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.
inner casing
10. Remove the toothed belt.
11. Remove the camshaft pulley, high pressure fuel pump pulley, idler pulley and tensioner.
12. Unscrew bolts and remove an internal casing of a gear belt.
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At the same time, check the correct position of the rubber gaskets.
