Crankshaft pulley — removal and installation (Opel Vectra B)

Removal

1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the right front wheel.

2. Remove the auxiliary drive belts

3. Unscrew the bolts securing the auxiliary pulley to the crankshaft pulley and remove the auxiliary pulley.

Installation

1. Install the accessory belt pulley to the crankshaft timing pulley, aligning the holes in the pulleys with the timing belt pulley locating pin. Secure the accessory pulley with bolts, tightening them to the specified torque.

2. Install the auxiliary drive belt.

3. Install the wheel and lower the vehicle.
