2. Release the retaining clip and disconnect the control lever from the cylinder mount.
3. Disconnect the return spring from the cylinder mount.
4. Remove the spring clip that holds the mount to the lock cylinder. Remove the mount.
5 Remove the nut securing the lock cylinder to the rear door. Remove the rear door handle, which is secured with four screws, and pull out the lock cylinder.
6. Installation in place is carried out by performing the above steps in reverse order.
