Removal



1. Unscrew the luggage compartment lid lift cord holders from the interior trim.

2. Remove the interior trim from the clips.

3. Disconnect the lock actuator rod from the lock cylinder. To do this, turn the plastic clamp and remove it from the rod.

4. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the outer handle.

5. Disconnect the single lock actuator rod from the electric motor.

6. If there is an anti-theft alarm, remove the microswitch, having first removed the spring clip.

Disassembly and assembly



1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder.

2. Knock out the pin with a punch of diameter 2 mm (refer to fragment A).

3. Press the two locking tabs of the lock cylinder retainer (1) and remove the retainer from the cylinder (refer to fragment B).

4. Remove the lock cylinder (refer to fragment C).

5. Insert the cylinder (3) into the housing, then install the cylinder with the housing (1) and spring (5) into the cast element (6). Install the leash (7) with the pin (4) onto the cylinder. Install the retainer (2) onto the cylinder.

Installation



1. Secure the casting.

2. If there is an anti-theft alarm: Install the microswitch and secure it with a spring clip.

3. Connect the rod, see Removal.

4. Secure the inner door trim.
