Corsa Models

1. Unscrew the luggage compartment lid lift cord holders (arrows) from the interior trim.

2. Remove the interior trim from the clips.

3. Disconnect the lock drive rod (1) from the lock cylinder. To do this, turn the plastic clamp and remove it from the rod. Remove the rod from the clamp hole.

4. Use a Torx T30 key to loosen the lock fastener to the rear wall of the door.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Tigra Models

1. Remove the cover on the lock holder.

2. Disconnect the lock rod from the cylinder. To do this, turn the plastic clamp and remove it from the rod.



3. Unscrew the two bolts securing the lock (5). Parts 6 to 8 - lock cylinder drive.

4. Insert the lock and connect it to the rod. Tighten the mounting bolts with force 20 Nm.

5. Place the wedge (1) in the cover (9). To do this, unscrew the screws (4) and remove the plate (3). Vertical adjustment is made using plates (2) with a thickness of 1 and 2 mm respectively.

6. Lightly secure the wedge so that it can move. Open and close the tailgate several times. This sets the wedge in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Open the door and tighten the screws (4) with force 20 Nm.
