Functional control
After the ignition is turned on, the operation control is automatically activated (control mode), in which all display segments light up for approximately 5 seconds. The readings are maximum for approximately 3 seconds.
Automatic shutdown of the control mode allows you to determine whether all display segments are functioning. Damage to a particular system can be determined immediately.
All display segments remain on and indicate maximum values until the end of the control mode.
The digital speedometer indicates a number for about 2 seconds. Then the number 888888 appears. The control mode is interrupted as soon as you start the engine.
After this, the actual values are indicated.

"F" Malfunction indication
If there is any damage, all readings are switched off, and the "F" sign appears next to the speedometer. Find out the cause of the damage and, if necessary, contact a service station to fix it.

Tachometer
Driving according to the tachometer readings helps to save fuel:
Drive in each gear in the low engine speed range whenever possible (between approximately 2000 and 3000 rpm) and at a uniform speed.
Speedometer
The speed value is indicated using numbers from 4 to 255 km/h.
In the metric system of measures, values are given in km/h.
At speeds below 4 km/h the display shows 0.
Total mileage counter
Indicates the total number of kilometers traveled by the vehicle.
Daily mileage counter
Switching from the total mileage counter to the daily mileage counter is done by briefly pressing the TRIP button. The zero value is set by pressing the 000.0 button.
Fuel consumption indication

When the tank is full, the value "65" is displayed. Up to 20 liters, the value is displayed in 2 sectors, then in one sector. When the fuel reserve decreases to 6 liters, two dashes "--" flash. Refuel immediately!
Oil pressure gauge with signal sector

If the reduced engine pressure reaches a critical level, the red sector lights up.
The sector also functions as a control lamp for engine oil pressure; when the ignition is on and the engine is stopped, it lights up without blinking.
The sector goes out immediately after starting. If it lights up briefly at idle and when the engine is hot, it should go out at a higher speed.
If the sector flashes while driving; turn off the engine immediately. Otherwise, the engine lubrication process may be interrupted. Contact a service station.
Coolant temperature indication with signal sector

When the coolant overheats, the red signal sector flashes.
Maintain operating temperature.
Red = Temperature too high. Switch off engine. Risk of engine damage. Contact a service station.
Voltmeter with signal sectors

When starting, the voltmeter reading cannot be lower than 10 V, while driving it should be 12 volts or more.
If these values are exceeded, contact a service station. When the voltage is above 15 V or below 9 V with the engine running, the red signal sectors flash.
The signal sectors also function as a generator control lamp: when the ignition is on and the engine is stopped, both sectors light without blinking.
They go out after the engine starts when the engine shaft speed increases.
Flashing while driving: battery is not charged. Cooling may be interrupted. Contact a service station.

Engine oil pressure
Lights up when the ignition is on. Goes out after the engine starts. May light up when idling with a hot engine, should go out at high speeds.
If it lights up while driving: Turn off the engine immediately. The engine lubrication process may stop, which will lead to the engine and wheels locking up.
Press the clutch and switch to idle speed, and in automatic mode set the gearshift lever to the "N" position, turn off the ignition, remove the key only after the car has completely stopped (otherwise the steering wheel lock may be activated unexpectedly). Contact a service station for help.
Generator
Lights up when the ignition is on. Goes out when the RPM increases. If it lights up while driving: stop the car, turn off the engine. The battery is not charged. Contact a service station.
Automatic transmission mode
Lighting: Sport driving mode is on.
Flashing: there is a malfunction, contact a service station to eliminate the cause.
Direction indicator
Flashing when the indicator is on Fast flashing: the indicator is faulty.
High beam
Lights up when the high beam and headlight signal are turned on.
Brake system
If there is a control system (Check-Control), as well as in countries with legal requirements for monitoring the braking system and ABS.
When the lamp lights up: Stop the car. The brake fluid level is too low. Contact a service station. To check the operation, this lamp lights up together with the generator control lamp.
Trailer indicator
Flashes when driving with a trailer at the turn signal interval. Does not work if one of the indicators on the trailer or the car fails.
Check Engine Light
Lights up after the ignition is turned on when starting the engine. Goes out when the engine is running. If it does not go out or lights up while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the system. The electronic system switches to the emergency program. Further driving is permitted. Contact a service station. Do not operate for a long time with the light on. A single short-term light is of no significance.
All wheel drive
Lighting up while driving: front-wheel drive only. To fix the damage, contact a service station.
Flashing: long-term all-wheel drive activation, contact a service station immediately.
Brakes
Lights up when the ignition is on and the parking brake is applied.
Preheating
Lights up when preheating of combustion chambers is turned on (diesel).
