Operation control
After the ignition is switched on, the function control is automatically switched on (control mode), at which all segments of the display light up for approximately 5 seconds. Readings are maximum about 3 seconds.
The automatic shutdown of the control mode allows you to determine whether all segments of the display are functioning. You can immediately determine the damage to a particular system.
All display segments remain on and indicate maximum values until the end of the control mode.
Digital speedometer for approx. 2 sec. indicates a number. Then the number 888888 appears. The control mode is interrupted as soon as you start the engine.
After that, the actual values are indicated.
"F" Fault indication
In the presence of this or that damage, all indications are turned off, a sign appears next to the speedometer "F". Find out the cause of the damage and, if necessary, contact a service station to eliminate it.
Tachometer
Driving according to the tachometer readings helps to save fuel:
Drive as much as possible in every gear in the low engine speed range (between approximately 2000 and 3000 rpm) and at a uniform speed.
Speedometer
The speed value is indicated using numbers from 4 to 255 km / h.
In the metric system of measures, the values \u200b\u200bare indicated in km / h.
At speeds below 4 km/h, the display reads 0.
Total mileage counter
Indicates the total number of kilometers driven by the vehicle.
Trip counter
Switching the total mileage counter to the daily mileage counter is done by short pressing the TRIP button. The zero value is set by pressing the 000.0 button.
Fuel consumption indication
When the tank is full, the value is indicated "65". Up to 20 liters, the value is displayed in 2 sectors, then in one sector. When the fuel supply decreases to 6 liters, two dashes flash "--". Refuel right away!
Oil pressure gauge with signal sector
If the reduced motor pressure has reached a critical level, the red sector lights up.
The sector also performs the function of an engine oil pressure warning lamp when the ignition is on and the engine is stopped, it burns without blinking.
The sector goes out immediately after starting. If it comes on briefly at idle and a hot engine, it should go out at higher engine speeds.
If the flashing sector occurs while driving; turn off the engine immediately. Otherwise, the engine lubrication process may be interrupted. Contact a service station.
Coolant temperature indication with signal sector
When the coolant overheats, the red signal sector flashes.
Maintain operating temperature.
Red = Temperature too high. Switch off the engine Risk of damage to the engine. Contact the service station.
Voltmeter with signal sectors
When starting, the voltmeter reading cannot be lower than 10 V, while driving it should be 12 or more volts.
If these figures are exceeded, contact the service station. At voltages above 15 V or below 9 V, the red signal sectors flash when the engine is running.
Signal sectors also perform the function of a generator control lamp: when the ignition is on and the engine is stopped, both sectors are lit without blinking.
They go out after starting the engine with an increase in the engine speed.
Flashing while driving: battery is not charged. Cooling may be interrupted. Contact the service station.
Engine oil pressure
Illuminates when the ignition is on. Goes out after starting the engine. It may light up at idle with a hot engine, at high speeds it should go out.
If it catches fire while driving: stop the engine immediately. The engine lubrication process may stop, leading to blocking of the engine and wheels.
Depress the clutch and shift to idle, and in automatic mode, set the gearshift lever to the position "N", turn off the ignition, remove the key only after the car has come to a complete stop (Otherwise, the steering wheel lock may suddenly work). Contact the service station for help.
Generator
Illuminates when the ignition is on. It goes out when the speed increases. If it lights up while driving: stop the car, turn off the engine. The battery is not charged. Contact the service station.
Automatic gear mode
Illuminated: Sport driving mode is on.
Flashing: there is a malfunction, contact the service station to eliminate the cause.
direction indicator
Flashes when the pointer is on Fast blinking: the pointer is faulty.
high beam
Lights up when the high beam and light signal are on.
Brake system
If there is a control system (Check-Control), as well as in countries with a legal requirement to monitor the brake system and with ABS.
If the lamp comes on: stop the vehicle. The brake fluid level is too low. Contact the service station. To check the operation, this lamp lights up together with the generator control lamp.
trailer indicator
Flashes when driving with a trailer with turn signal interval. Does not work if one of the trailer or car indicators fails.
Engine Warning Lamp
Lights up after the ignition is turned on during engine start. Goes out when the engine is running. If it does not go out or lights up while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the system. The electronic system switches to the emergency program. Further movement is allowed. Contact the service station. Do not undertake long-term operation with the light bulb on. A one-time fire for a short time does not matter.
All wheel drive
Ignition while driving: front-wheel drive only. To repair the damage, contact the service station.
Flashing: continuous all-wheel drive, contact a workshop immediately.
brakes
Lights up when the ignition is on and the parking brake is applied.
Preheat
Illuminates when the preheating of the combustion chambers is turned on (diesel).
