Passenger safety (Opel Vectra A)

In the event of an accident, for the safety of passengers and passers-by, the mirrors come out of their holders.

Outside mirror: Insert the unlocked mirror housing into the latches. To lock, hit the upper edge.

Sheathing

The instrument panel is elastically sensitive to all kinds of impacts and collisions. Control elements, armrests and other parts are made of soft material.

Sun visors

The sun visors are covered with a lining. They can be lowered and moved to the side to provide protection from the sun. Additional protection from glare is provided by the freely adjustable position of the interior mirror.

Child safety device

The rear doors are equipped with a locking device.

Steering safety

The steering system consists of mutually moving, impact-absorbing parts, equipped with a carriage that moves in one direction, which, by means of an adjustable delay, reduces the force of impact on the steering wheel.

Installing headrests

To remove the head restraints, release both retaining springs.
