To prevent personal injury and/or failure of the electronic ignition system, the following safety precautions must be observed.
Do not touch or remove high voltage wires while the engine is running.
Disconnect the ignition wires only when the ignition is off.
Connecting and disconnecting measuring instruments (tachometer, device for setting the ignition) only be done with the ignition off.
To terminal 1 (-) do not connect an anti-interference capacitor or a lamp.
When the engine is running, do not connect measuring instruments and a 12 V stroboscope to terminal 15 of the ignition coil.
High voltage wire (terminal 4) after removing it from the distributor, always connect directly to ground using an auxiliary wire of the appropriate cross section, otherwise the engine must not be cranked with a starter (to check compression).
Starting from a quick charger is possible for no longer than 1 minute. at max 16 V.
It is not allowed to install an ignition coil of a different model.
Above 80°C (e.g. painting) the engine cannot be turned on.
Wash the engine with the engine off.
For electric and spot welding, disconnect the battery completely.
Vehicles with a faulty ignition system may only be towed with the TSZ-H plug disconnected.
Distributor slider 1 kΩ: (designation R1) do not replace with others.
Use high-voltage wires only 1 kOhm and candle tips from 1 to 5 kOhm.
Persons with heart failure do not work with the electronic system.
