Removal



1. Remove the bearing supports using a three-jaw secondary shaft puller (figure 5.78).

2. Remove the primary shaft and differential bearing supports using a 42 mm diameter puller and an inertia puller (figure 5.79).

Installation



3. Install the crankcase on the press platform. Install the adjustable support B. Vi. 1418 under the crankcase under the corresponding hole. Install the shaft bearing supports using tools B. Vi. 1510J and B. Vi. 1510B (figure 5.80).

Note: Be sure to install a new deflector under the small diameter differential mount.
