7 - Multifunctional display.
Oil level indicator. The correct measurement result is achieved only on a level surface and after a long engine shutdown, When the ignition is turned on and for approximately 30 seconds:
If the new oil level is correct, the indicator will read "oil ok".
If the minimum level is reached: "ok" does not appear on the indicator, the dashes and the word "oil" flash, and the "SERV" indicator light remains on until the ignition is turned off. Add engine oil as soon as possible.
Trip meter in kilometers or miles, daily trip meter, clock.
Indication approximately 30 seconds after ignition is turned on.
8 - Multifunctional button. Depending on the vehicle, pressing the button again gives the following result: selection of the displayed information, reset (zeroing) of the daily trip meter (in this case, you need to select the daily trip meter on the indicator) or setting the time.

"STOP! You must stop immediately!" Lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out as soon as the engine starts. Lights up together with one of the following indicator lights:

Signal light
"SERVICE". The warning light comes on when the ignition is switched on and goes out after approximately 3 seconds. If it comes on while driving, visit an authorized RENAULT workshop if possible. It comes on together with the warning lights below
If it lights up alone, it means that the engine oil level has dropped to the minimum; add engine oil immediately. If it flashes, contact an authorized RENAULT workshop.
Left turn signal.
Minimum fuel level.
Lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out as soon as the engine starts running. If a fire occurs, you must refuel as soon as possible.
Right turn signal.

Pre-heating (diesel engines) and malfunction of electronic equipment (petrol and diesel engines).
Pre-heating (diesel engines): when the ignition is turned on, the indicator light should light up; it shows that the glow plugs are working. It goes out when the engine is ready to start.
Electronic equipment failure (on models with petrol and diesel engines): When illuminated while driving, this indicates that there is a fault in the electrical or electronic equipment. Contact an authorised RENAULT service station as soon as possible.
Fuel injection system malfunction/coolant temperature too high.
Fuel Injection System Malfunction: If this warning light flashes while driving, it indicates a malfunction in the fuel injection system. Stop immediately, taking into account the traffic situation, and turn off the ignition. Contact an authorized RENAULT service station.
Coolant temperature too high: If this warning light comes on while driving (constantly on), this indicates that the engine is overheating. Stop (taking into account the traffic situation). Let the engine idle for one or two minutes. The temperature should drop. If this does not happen, turn off the engine and let it cool down, then check the coolant level. Contact an authorized RENAULT service station.
Battery charging failure. It should go out after the engine starts. If it comes on while you are driving, you must stop. The voltage in the battery charging circuit is too high or too low. Stop and check the battery charging circuit.
Malfunction in the brake system/parking brake system. If it lights up while driving, it means the brake fluid level has dropped. Further movement may be dangerous. Contact an authorized RENAULT service station.
