Removal
Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
Raise the vehicle and support it on supports.
Remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the lower protection (1) of the engine compartment.

Remove 6 bolts and gearbox guard (1).

Disconnect the connector and use the special tool KM-6236 to remove the front left oxygen concentration sensor (1) from the exhaust pipe.

Disconnect the connector and use the special tool KM-6236 to remove the rear left oxygen concentration sensor (2) from the exhaust pipe.

Remove 6 nuts, 2 bolts and remove the three-channel exhaust pipe and gaskets.

Remove the 3 nuts, disconnect the catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold and rubber mounts, then remove it from the car along with the gasket.

Installation
Install the catalytic converter with a new gasket, secure it with rubber hangers and attach it to the exhaust manifold with nuts.

Apply non-stick compound to the threads of the oxygen concentration sensors.
Using the special tool KM-6236, return the oxygen concentration sensors and tighten them to a torque of 42 Nm.


Install the three-way exhaust pipe with new gaskets and secure with 2 bolts and 6 nuts.

Install the gearbox guard and secure with 6 bolts, tightening them to a torque of 38 Nm.
Install the lower engine compartment protection.
Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
