Disconnect the connector (1) of the engine oil pressure sensor (2), then unscrew the engine oil pressure sensor (2) from the cylinder block. Collect any leaking engine oil.

Check the engine oil level and correct it if necessary.
Instead of the oil pressure sensor, screw in the KM 135 adapter (4) with the KM-498-V pressure gauge (3).

Start the engine and check the engine oil pressure.
When the engine is idling and the engine oil temperature is 80°C, the engine oil pressure should be at least 1.5 bar (22 psi).

Remove the pressure gauge with the adapter, screw in the engine oil pressure sensor and tighten it to a torque of 30 Nm.
Connect the connector to the engine oil pressure sensor.
Check the engine oil level and correct it if necessary.
Install the lower engine compartment protection.
