3-door models
1. To tilt the sunroof cover, slide the green lock lever in the rear latch handle to the right.
2. Turning, remove the handle from its seat and push it up. When the green lever is released, the handle will lock in the set position.
3. To close the lid, slide the lever again and turn the latch knob down and back into its seat.
For additional interior ventilation in hot weather, the sunroof cover panel can be completely removed from the roof of the car.
Attention! The cover must only be removed when the vehicle is stationary!
1. To remove the cover, lift it to a tilted position and remove the lock from the hinge pin by sliding the red lock button up and lifting the cover.
2. Remove the panel from the roof of the vehicle by turning it to the rear.
Manhole cover installation
1. To install the cover, thread its hinges into the receiving grooves located along the front edge of the hatch opening.
2. Click the latch on the pivot of its hinge, blocking it in this position by lowering the red button all the way.
5 door models
Manual drive
1. Remove the control handle from its socket.
2. To open the sunroof, press the lock button and start turning the handle counterclockwise until the sunroof is locked in an intermediate position.
3. To open the lid even harder, press the lock button again and continue to turn the handle counterclockwise.
4. To lower the lid from the fully open position, turn the actuator handle clockwise until the lid stops at an intermediate point in its travel.
5. To close the sunroof completely, press the lock button and continue to rotate the handle clockwise until the button automatically clicks out.
The lid is lowered by turning the handle counterclockwise until the lock button automatically clicks out.
Note. Do not forget to return the handle to its seat, thereby transferring it to the transport position.
The sunroof is also usually equipped with a sunblind, which can be opened either with the sunroof closed or raised. The hatch is opened together with the curtain.
Electric drive
The initiation of the electric drive of the sunroof cover is possible only when the ignition is on.
1. To open the cover, press the rocker switch front pad on the vehicle's overhead console.
2. When the lid is in the desired position, release the button.
3. Closing of a cover of the hatch is made by pressing a back lining of the switch.
4. To raise the sunroof, press down on the rocker switch rear pad.
5. Release the switch when the sunroof is in the desired position.
Lowering the cover is done by pressing the front switch pad.
Attention! When closing/lowering the lid, make sure that nothing is caught in the hatch opening!
Attention! Before leaving the car, remove the key from the ignition, thereby preventing the possibility of operating the hatch cover by the passengers remaining in the passenger compartment - unskilled use of the drive is fraught with injury!
The electrical circuit of the top hatch cover drive motor is protected by a separate fuse installed in the mounting block.
In case of failure of the electric drive, the hatch cover can be operated manually.
1. Slide the drive cover in the overhead console of the car back, press the spring-loaded center section of the drive shaft with a screwdriver and start turning the drive shaft.
