Removing and installing the shock absorber with coil springs is not difficult.

Removal



1. To do this, you need to lift the bridge with a lift so that the shock absorbers are compressed slightly.

2. After this, disconnect the shock absorber at the top and bottom (bolt on top and nut on bottom) and take it off.

4. To check the shock absorber, clamp it vertically by the lower eye in a vice.

Installation



The shock absorber is installed in the reverse order of removal. However, the following must be kept in mind here:

Do not allow any lubricant to come into contact with the rubber bushings of the shock absorber.

1. Install the nuts and bolts and tighten them by hand.

2. Install and secure the rear wheels.

3. Lower the car.

4. The shock absorber mounting nut in the lower part is tightened to a torque of 80 Nm, the mounting bolt in the upper part to a torque of 105 Nm.

5. Don't forget to tighten the brake drum mounting bolts to the axle flange.
