Camshaft sprocket
1. Remove the camshaft drive belt. Fix the sprocket with a special key for the holes (see photo) and unscrew the bolt. Take off the star.
Attention! The camshaft can also be held by the flats with a wrench by removing the cylinder head cover.
Installation
2. Check up a condition of an epiploon, if necessary replace.
3. Install the sprocket in place so that the pin on the end of the camshaft goes into the hole on the sprocket (see photo). Fix the camshaft and tighten the bolt (see photo).
4. Install the camshaft belt and other removed parts.
Crankshaft sprocket
5. Remove the camshaft drive belt.
6. Remove the sprocket from the toe of the crankshaft, having previously marked its orientation.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Set the sprocket (see photo), without violating the original orientation (the alignment mark must face outwards).
Camshaft drive belt tensioner
8. Remove the camshaft drive belt.
9. Turn away a bolt of fastening and remove a tensioner from the case of the oil pump (see photo).
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Install the tensioner so that the tooth on the plate fits into the hole in the oil pump housing (see photo). Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
