Right oil seal (from the toothed belt)
1. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.
2. Drill two diametrically opposite holes in the stuffing box and screw in the self-tapping screws. Remove the gland by grasping the screws with pliers (see photo). Take care not to damage the oil pump.
3. Clean the stuffing box and remove all burrs and sharp edges.
4. Lubricate and carefully press in the new oil seal until the oil seal surface is flush with the body.
5. Remove any remaining grease, then install the crankshaft sprocket.
Rear oil seal (flywheel/disk side)
6. Remove the flywheel and remove the oil seal following the same steps as for removing the front oil seal.
