Models with manual transmission
1. Remove the gearbox (see Chapter 7A) and grip (see chapter 6).
2. Secure the flywheel from turning (see photo).
3. Turn away bolts, designate risky position of a flywheel concerning a crankshaft and carefully remove a flywheel.
Models with automatic transmission
4. Remove the automatic transmission (see Chapter 7B), mark the position of the disc with a risk, then remove the drive disc by bending the lock washers and unscrewing the bolts.
5. If damage is found on the contact surface of the clutch disc, the flywheel should be replaced. In case of wear or loss of teeth, the crown should be replaced. It is recommended to replace the flywheel crown in a car service.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing the flywheel/disc, align the marks made during disassembly, tighten the bolts evenly, in 3 steps (see technical data). Bolts are wrapped on the fixing composition.
