1 — Union knot of connection of oil tubes (when disconnected, the path will remain closed)

1. Remove the front bumper (see chapter Body).
2. Remove the six mounting bolts and remove the front shock absorber.
3. Release fasteners and disconnect from an intercooler a tube connecting it with a turbocharger.
4. Release the fasteners and disconnect the inlet manifold boost tube from the intercooler, - take the tube aside.
5. On 1.7L SOHC models unscrew the fixing bolt and separate the oil cooler from the intercooler, disconnect the pipes and remove the oil cooler (see illustration Intercooler Mounting Diagram on 1.7L SOHC Models).
There is no need to disconnect the oil pipes from the oil cooler.
6. Turn out a fixing bolt, lift an intercooler up and release it from basic arms.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
