Removing
1. Remove exhaust manifold and turbocharger assembly (see Removal and installation of a final collector).
2. Transfer the exhaust manifold with turbocharger assembly to a workbench, remove the fixing bolts / nuts and remove the exhaust connecting flange with a gasket.

3. Loosen the union nuts and disconnect the oil feed pipe from the cylinder block and turbocharger - get ready to collect spilled oil.
A - Turbocharger oil supply pipe (1.7L SOHC and 2.0L models)
B - Turbocharger oil supply pipe (1.7L DOHC models)

4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an oil return tube with a lining.
5. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove from a collector a turbocharger with a sealing laying.
A - Three TORX bolts securing the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold (1.7L SOHC and 2.0L models)
B - Turbocharger to exhaust manifold nuts (1.7L DOHC models)
Do not attempt to disassemble the turbocharger yourself - if necessary, contact a car service specialist for help.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order.
1. Don't forget to replace the sealing elements. Tighten all fasteners to the required torque.
2. Finally install the turbocharger manifold assembly to the vehicle (see Removal and installation of a final collector).
