Turbocharger — removal and installation (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Remove the exhaust manifold together with the turbocharger.

2. Remove the bolts and remove the exhaust section and gasket from the turbocharger.

3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil supply pipe.

4. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil return pipe.

5. Unscrew the bolts and remove the turbocharger with the manifold.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Heat exchanger

1. Remove the radiator.

2. Unscrew the bolts and remove the heat exchanger from the side of the radiator.

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
