Intercooler Replacement — Removal and Installation (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Remove the radiator.

Disconnect the condenser from the intercooler, unscrew the 3 mounting bolts (arrows in the picture).

Disconnect the auxiliary fan harness from the cooler, disconnect the cable clamp.

Remove the intercooler.

Installation

Install the intercooler.

Connect the auxiliary fan harness to the intercooler.

Attach the cable ties.

Install the radiator.
