Removal and installation the coolant pump (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Remove the timing belt

Raise the vehicle completely.

Drain the coolant.

Tighten the drain bolt.

Lower the car completely

Remove the coolant pump by unscrewing the 3 mounting bolts.

Installation

Install the coolant pump.

Replace the seal.

Tighten the 3 new mounting bolts to 25 Nm.
