Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the drive mode selector lever (see above).
3. Insert a welding rod or similar rod into the lower end of the lever and push the switch out.
4. Carefully mark the wires and unsolder them from the switch.
Installation
5. When installing, solder the wires to the terminals of the new switch, being careful not to mix them up, then insert the switch into the lever.
6. Set the drive mode selection lever as described above.

Removal
7. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
8. Unpin the drive mode selection panel (two staples on each side) from the central console and move it to the side so that the switch wiring can be disconnected.

9. Using a screwdriver as a lever, remove the switch from the panel, being careful not to damage it.
Installation
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
