General description
1. Inspect hoses regularly and replace them if there is any doubt about their condition.
2. Be sure to label tubes and hoses before disconnecting them.
3. To minimize fluid loss and prevent dirt from entering the unit, pinch the hoses before disconnecting them. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect them from the couplings. Cap each hose and coupling.
4. Discard the clamps - new ones must be used during installation.
5. Install the hoses, making sure that they are not mixed up and that they are routed correctly and not twisted.
6. Install the hose clamps and tighten them securely.
7. Be sure to replace the bungee bolt seals and tighten the bolts to the torque specified in the Specifications. Use extreme caution when tightening the bolt or the plastic radiator housing coupling.
