General description
1. Inspect hoses regularly and replace if there is any doubt about their condition.
2. Be sure to tag tubes and hoses before disconnecting them.
3. To minimize fluid loss and prevent dirt from entering the unit, pinch the hoses before disconnecting them. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect them from the couplings. Cap each hose and coupler.
4. Discard clips - new ones must be used for installation.
5. Install the hoses, taking care not to mix them up, and that they run correctly and are not kinked.
6. Install hose clamps and clamp securely.
7. Be sure to replace the seals on the bungee bolts and tighten the bolts to the specified torque. Be especially careful when tightening the bolt or coupler of the plastic radiator case.
