2. To replace the stabilizer bar end mounting bushing, clamp the stabilizer bar in a vice, then tap the punch with a mallet to knock the end off the stabilizer bar.
3. The sleeve can now be removed from the tip using a screwdriver or similar tool.
4. Wet the new sleeve with a little soapy water to ease installation, then insert it into the tip.
5. If necessary, repeat the procedure on the second tip.
6. After removing one of the tips, you can replace the bushings that mount the stabilizer to the subframe by pulling the bushings along the stabilizer. Install new bushings in the same way.
7. Install the tip (tips) on the anti-roll bar in the position shown (see illustration).

8. Before installing the anti-roll bar, inspect the bushings that secure the anti-roll bar to the lower arm and replace them if necessary.
