1. Remove the anti-roll bar (Chapter 8).
2. To replace the sway bar end mounting bush, hold the sway bar in a vise, then tap the pin off the sway bar with a mallet.
3. The sleeve can now be removed from the tip using a screwdriver or similar tool.
4. Moisten the new bushing with a little soapy water to make installation easier, then insert it into the handpiece.
5. If necessary, repeat the procedure on the second handpiece.
6. After removing one of the tips, you can replace the bushings that mount the stabilizer to the sub-frame by tightening the bushings along the stabilizer. Install new bushings in the same way.
7. Install the tip (tips) onto the anti-roll bar in the position shown (see illustration).
8. Before installing the anti-roll bar, inspect the stabilizer bar-to-lower arm bushings and replace if necessary.
9. Install the anti-roll bar (Chapter 8).
