Removal
1. Remove the lower arm (Chapter 5).
2. The bushings are tight and need to be pressed out.
3. If a press is not available, pull out the bushings using a long bolt, nut, washers and socket or piece of metal tubing.
4. The vertical sleeve should be pushed upwards and the horizontal sleeve forwards.
Installation
5. Wet the new bushings with soapy water, then install them using the method described in step 3.
6. Install the vertical bushing from the bottom and the horizontal bushing from the front edge of the mount. The ends of the horizontal bushing should protrude from the lower arm by an equal distance.
7. Install the lower arm as described in Chapter 5.
