Remove the lower arm as directed in previous section.
The bushings of the lower arm are installed very tightly, they must be pressed out.
If a press is not available, the bushings can be pulled out using a long bolt, nut, washers, a bushing of the appropriate diameter, or a tube of a suitable length.
The vertical bushing is pressed out through the upper side of the lower arm from below, and the horizontal bushing is pressed out towards the front of the lower arm at the rear.
Lubricate the new bushings with soapy water, then install them on the lower arm as above.
The new vertical bushing must be pressed into the lower arm from below, and the new horizontal bushing must be pressed into the lower arm from front to back. The horizontal bushing must protrude equilaterally from the lower arm.
Install the lower control arm as directed in previous section.
