Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Disconnect the connector (1) from the accelerator pedal position sensor.



Remove the bolts and accelerator pedal.

Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor wiring harness from the support bracket.

Disconnect the rod (2) of the accelerator pedal position sensor (3) and remove the sensor.

Installation

Install the accelerator pedal position sensor.

Connect the rod to the accelerator pedal position sensor.

Install the accelerator pedal and secure with bolts, tightening them to a torque of 10 Nm.

Connect the connector to the accelerator pedal position sensor.

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
