Examination
Turn off the ignition. The gas pedal is in the idle position.
Disconnect the plug from the control relay.
Measure the resistance between terminals 2 and 9 of the plug with an ohmmeter. The value is about 0 Ohm. Otherwise, disconnect the triple plug from the throttle sensor and check the wiring. If necessary, adjust the sensor and repeat the test.
Press the gas pedal.
The resistance between terminals 2 and 9 should be equal to infinity.
With the gas pedal depressed, check the resistance between terminals 3 and 9. The value is 0 Ohm. Otherwise, check the wiring.
Adjustment

Loosen the mounting screws (arrows).
Turn the sensor counterclockwise until resistance appears. Fix it in this position.
Slightly open and close the throttle valve by hand. In both cases, you should hear the switch click in the sensor.
Replacement
Disconnect the triple plug.
Unscrew the mounting screws (arrows) and remove the sensor from the throttle shaft.
Install the sensor on the throttle shaft, adjust and secure.
