Replacing the fuel filter (Opel Kadett D)

Replace the filter every 2 years or 40,000 km.



Remove the fuel lines.

To prevent fuel from leaking out, first clamp the hoses with clamps or plug them with screws of the appropriate size. Remove leaking fuel with a rag.

Unscrew the mounting clamp and remove the filter.

Install a new filter with the flange towards the pressure damper. Put on the fuel lines.
