Examination



Turn off the ignition.

Disconnect the plug from the control relay.

Use an ohmmeter to check the resistance between terminals 12 and 9. The resistance is about 4 ohms.

Disconnect the plugs from the injection valves.

Check the resistance of the valves. The resistance is about 15-19 Ohms.

Reconnect all plugs into place.

Removal



Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.


Disconnect the fuel lines from the distribution line and remove the line. Plug the distribution line and hoses, collect the leaked fuel with a rag.

Disconnect the plug from the valve.

Disconnect the plug from the valve.

Unscrew the two screws and carefully pull out the valve. Be careful when pulling out the valves carefully so as not to damage the jet needles.



Installation



Install and secure the valves with new rubber sealing rings.

Connect the plugs.

Place the hoses on the distribution line.

Connect the battery.
