Draining water from the fuel filter (Opel Frontera B)

Note: The Frontera-B fuel filter is located on the left side chassis crossmember.

Clean the fuel filter.

Place a suitable container under the fuel filter.

Slightly loosen the central bolt (1) securing the fuel filter cover.



Open the drain screw (2) of the fuel filter by turning it one turn and drain the water from the fuel filter. As soon as clean fuel without water starts to flow out, tighten the drain screw.

Tighten the central bolt (1) securing the fuel filter cover.
