Boost Pressure Sensor (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the engine cover.

Disconnect the connectors, remove the wiring harness support brackets from the cylinder head cover and intake manifold and move them to the side.

Disconnect the connector and remove the boost pressure sensor (1) from the top of the intake manifold.

Installation

Install the boost pressure sensor with the new O-ring on the top of the intake manifold and tighten it to a torque of 8 Nm.

Connect the connector to the boost pressure sensor.

Install the wiring harness support brackets to the cylinder head cover and intake manifold and connect the connectors.

Install the engine cover.

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
