Windscreen and rear window washer pumps (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the right front wheel fender liner.

Pump out the fluid from the windshield washer reservoir.

Unscrew the bolt and remove the cover (1) from the windshield washer reservoir.



Disconnect the connectors from the windshield and rear window washer pumps.

Unscrew 3 nuts, disconnect 2 hoses and remove the washer reservoir from the wing.

Remove the windshield (2) and rear window (3) washer pumps from the reservoir.

Installation

Install the windshield and rear window washer pumps into the reservoir.

Connect 2 windshield washer hoses to the reservoir.

Install the windshield washer reservoir onto the wing and secure it with 3 screws.

Connect the connectors to the windshield and rear window washer pumps.

Install the cover onto the windshield washer reservoir and secure with the bolt, tightening it to a torque of 7 Nm.

Install the right front wheel arch liner.

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
