Rear door window lifter (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the rear door trim (see the relevant chapter).

Carefully remove the dust and moisture protection film from the rear door.



Remove the bolts securing the upper window regulator bracket to the rear door.

Remove the bolts securing the window lift drive to the rear door.

While supporting the glass, remove the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator bracket.

Remove the bolts securing the lower window regulator bracket to the rear door.

Disconnect the connector from the window lift motor.

Remove the window regulator from the rear door through the hole in the inner door panel.

Installation

Insert the window regulator into the rear door through the hole in the inner door panel.

Connect the connector to the window lift motor.

Screw in the bolts securing the lower window regulator bracket to the rear door.

Screw the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator bracket.

Screw in the bolts securing the window lift drive to the rear door.

Install the bolts securing the upper window regulator bracket to the rear door.

Carefully install the dust and moisture protection film on the rear door.

Install the rear door trim (see the relevant chapter).

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
