Trunk door trim for a 3-door car (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the spare tire from the tailgate.

Remove the windshield wiper arm.

Disconnect the connector from the rear window defroster.

Remove the caps, unscrew the 4 bolts and remove the glass together with the brackets from the tailgate.

Using a flat, wide tool inserted between the tailgate trim and the door, release the 12 clips (1) and remove the tailgate trim.

Installation

Install the trim on the luggage compartment door and secure it with the clips.

Install the glass together with the brackets on the luggage compartment door and secure with bolts, tightening them to a torque of 19 Nm.



Connect the connector to the rear window defroster.

Install the windshield wiper arm.

Install the spare tire on the tailgate.

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
