Hatch glass (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Slide the sunshade back, then tilt the sunroof glass up.

Remove the front trim (2), unscrew the 4 bolts (3) and remove the glass (1) from the sunroof frame.

Installation

Install the glass onto the sunroof frame and hand tighten the 4 glass mounting bolts.

Install the front trim and ensure the rear dust seal is securely fastened

Open and close the hatch several times to ensure that the dust and moisture seal is in the correct position.

Adjust the position of the sunroof glass so that the front and rear parts of the glass are 1-2 mm higher than the sunroof frame.

Tighten the sunroof glass mounting bolts to 14 Nm.
