Replacing the remote control battery (Opel Frontera A)

The battery in the remote control should be replaced when the distance from its signals to the central lock actuators/initiation of the anti-theft alarm system begins to decrease.



1. Open the battery compartment cover in the remote control by prying it off with a screwdriver or other suitable tool. Remove the battery and insert a new one in its place (of the same type) - make sure that the battery is inserted into its proper place correctly. Replace the cover, snapping it securely into the remote control body.

Attention! The battery must be replaced within no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the entered program will be erased.
