Turning the anti-theft alarm on and off (Opel Frontera A)

The remote control also serves to control the anti-theft alarm system, if one is installed on the vehicle.

Turning on the anti-theft alarm

1. Remove the key from the ignition and close all doors.



2. Press button (1) on the remote control to lock the central lock (and turning on the anti-theft alarm on English models).

3. Press button (1) again within the next 10 seconds to activate the anti-theft alarm.

Turning off the anti-theft alarm

1. Press button (2) on the remote control once to unlock the central lock and deactivate the anti-theft alarm.
