2. For many operations, to release access to the relevant units, it is necessary to remove the cover of the multi-ribbed belt (with appropriate equipment), and on Corsa-Eco models, crankcase protection.
3. First you need to jack up and place the car on stands or raise it on a lift.
4. To remove the multi-ribbed belt cover, unscrew 3 bolts and remove one spacer rivet (see resist. illustration).

Note: In some cases it may be necessary to remove the right front wheel.
5. On Corsa-Eco models, the crankcase is mounted with six bolts (see resist. illustration). In addition, a service cover is equipped on the protection, designed to free access to the drain plug on the crankcase to drain the engine oil - if necessary, unscrew the 4 fixing bolts and remove the cover.

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
