Signum has been produced since May 2003. It differs from the Vectra-C model mainly in its dimensions and sizes, which allows it to provide a level of comfort available in cars of a higher class. Vectra-C/Signum, in comparison with its predecessors, has a higher level of ride comfort and a high standard of passive safety. The car has become lower and wider, which has made the interior more spacious. Due to the extensive use of zinc coating on the body, the car has a 12-year warranty against through corrosion. Maintenance intervals have been significantly increased. The ergonomics of the driver's seat have been maximally improved due to a wide range of steering column settings in two planes and the ability to adjust the driver's seat (including height), touch-sensitive steering column switch levers, a built-in trip computer and conveniently located buttons for controlling the windows, mirrors and audio system.
