Removal and installation the power steering reservoir (Opel Vectra A)

Removal

Loosen the tie bolt and release the tank mounting bracket.



If the reservoir is removed for work not related to the power steering, set it aside with the hoses connected.

If it is necessary to disconnect the hoses, place a container under the tank, as oil will leak out.

Installation

If the hoses were disconnected from the tank, reconnect them and secure them with clamps.

Install the tank and tighten the clamp bolt of its mounting bracket

Remove air from the hydraulic system.
