Checking the fluid level in the power steering reservoir (Opel Astra G)

1. The tank is mounted on the right side of the engine compartment, between the engine and the bulkhead.



2. The dipstick is built into the tank cap (tRW hydraulic booster) or in the filter under the plug (manufacturer Delphi). If you need to top up, unscrew and carefully remove the tank cap. Wipe the dipstick, lower it again and remove it.



3. When the engine is cold, the level should be between the marks on the dipstick. Carefully add fluid and close the tank with the cap.
