1. If one of the headlights, the position lamp, or the brake light does not light up, then the most likely cause is the bulbs burnout. How to replace lamps is described in Chapter 12. If both brake lights are off, the cause is a faulty switch (withdrawal procedures are discussed in Chapter 9).
2. If several control lamps, headlights, position or tail lights do not burn, then the fuse has blown or the wiring is faulty. The location of the fuse boxes on the Zafira and Astra models is indicated in Chapter 12.
3. To replace the fuse, open the cover and remove the fuse. Insert a new fuse with the same current rating as the one being replaced. First find out the cause of the burnout and eliminate it.
