Removal
Loosen the wheel mounting bolts and raise the vehicle.
Remove the wheel.
Loosen the tie rod end nut.
Loosen the clamping flange bolt.

Remove the tip using a standard puller or the Opel KM-507-B device, having first measured and recorded the depth of its fit in the adjusting stud.
Installation
Insert the tip into the pivot arm and tighten the new self-locking nut to 60 Nm.

Pay attention to the thread (left or right). The right tip is marked with the letter "R" (see figure).
Adjust wheel alignment (is done in the workshop).
Place the tip on the adjusting pin, insert the clamping bolt from below into the clamping flange and tighten it to a torque of 20 Nm.
Install the wheel, lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel bolts crosswise to 110 Nm.
