Headrests — adjustment (Opel Frontera B)

Adjust the position of the head restraints so that the top edge of the head restraint is at least level with or above your ears.

To remove the headrest, turn the fasteners counterclockwise and lift up to remove the headrest from the seat.

Before installing the headrest, make sure the locks are in their original position.
