Examination
Clutch adjustment must be carried out on Corsa and Tigra models without automatic adjustment. As the clutch wears, the pedal moves up.
1. Measure and record the distance (A) from the bottom edge of the steering wheel to the center of the clutch pedal.

Do not press the clutch pedal while doing this.
2. Press the clutch pedal all the way down and again measure and record the distance (B) between the center of the pedal and the lower edge of the steering wheel.

3. Difference between two measurements (B - A) should be 135 ÷ 145 mm. Otherwise it is necessary to adjust the clutch actuator.
Adjustment
1. Remove the locking clip from the threaded rod.

2. Adjust the pedal stroke with the threaded element of the cable.
3. Check the position of the pedal and adjust it again if necessary.
4. Replace the retaining clip.
After a correct adjustment of the clutch pedal, it is always slightly higher than the brake pedal. The parallel arrangement of the pedals is incorrect.
