Examination

Clutch adjustment must be performed on Corsa and Tigra models without automatic adjustment. As the clutch wears, the pedal moves up.

1. Measure and record the distance (A) from the bottom edge of the steering wheel to the center of the clutch pedal.

2. Press the clutch pedal fully and again measure and record the distance (B) between the center of the pedal and the bottom edge of the steering wheel.

3. The difference between the two measurements (B - A) should be 135÷145 mm. Otherwise, it is necessary to adjust the clutch drive.

Adjustment

2. Adjust the pedal stroke using the cable threaded element.

3. Check the pedal position and adjust it again if necessary.

4. Replace the locking clip.

After correct adjustment of the clutch pedal, it is always located slightly higher than the brake pedal. Parallel arrangement of the pedals is incorrect.
