Lubrication of locks, hinges and stops (Opel Corsa B)

1. Walk around the car and lubricate the hinges and stops of the doors, hood and trunk lid with light engine oil.

2. Lubricate the hood lock and the protruding part of the hood latch release cable with a small amount of grease.

3. Check the proper functioning of all hinges, locks and latches, the reliability and precision of all hinges, latches and locks, and make the appropriate adjustments if necessary. Check the proper functioning of the single lock.

4. Check the condition and proper functioning of the tailgate stops - the stops must securely hold the door in the raised position. Replace any faulty components.
