Wheel rotation (Opel Frontera A)

1. Rotation can be done either through the specified Service schedule intervals, or when signs of uneven wear of the treads appear. However, remember that if you successfully rotate all four tires, you will eventually have to replace all tires at the same time.

Since this procedure requires raising the vehicle off the ground and removing the wheels, check the operation of the brakes at the same time (see section Check the brake system and replace the brake fluid with subsequent bleeding).

Note: Even if you are not going to rotate the wheels, at least check that the wheel mounting bolts are tight.

4. The vehicle should be winched or supported on jack stands so that all four wheels are off the ground. Make sure the car is securely fastened!

5. After completing the rotation procedure, check and adjust the tire pressure and do not forget to check the tightness of the wheel mounting bolts.
